Norovirus is a highly contagious gastrointestinal virus where the potential for someone who is sick to infect others exists from the moment they become sick.
It is always said that awareness can keep you away from danger. And when the scare is as threatening as bird flu, most people would not dare to take any chances.
As some of you will know, I first started writing about Avian or Bird Flu in May, 2005, since then it has spread to more countries, with the latest being Turkey, where there has been a number of deaths in the last few weeks.
Bird Flu and Chikungunya - we have all heard about it in the media. But is there a reason to be frightened and how big is the risk for you to catch these diseases in reality?
There are three types of Influenza Pandemic flu, Bird flu or avian flue and Seasonal flu. Among them Bird Flu or Avian Flu is our present topic of discussions. The recent Bird Flu pandemic in different parts of this planet is causing concern to every one. Let us see what Bird Flu is and what their origin is.
