Water is perfect to exercise in heat and humid climate of summer. It is for beginners because it lowers the stress and that’s why swimming is a good option for cardiovascular exercises. Warm up by walking or jogging. Finish working on the lower body with some counts of flutter kicks by holding the edge. Then do chest presses, bicep curls, and some arm circles for the upper body. Do 2-3 sets of stomach crunches for abs and if you can increase the sets to 4-5 or more it is much better. The mountains can also help you as a summer workout location because it’s cooler. You can start with power walk for some time, then take a rest and repeat. Walk up wards with bold steps and then slowly go down. Do this 10 times and you will have a nice workout. Walking on the soft sand of the beach is an excellent workout. Sand gives the extra resistance like a treadmill. It’s good if you do it in barefoot and feel the exhausting workout.

Highly recommended exercises are walking, jogging, swimming and skipping with some abs exercises, and a proper diet plan to lose weight. Also avoid fad diets and go for permanent weight loss in a natural way.
