Skin is the largest organ of the body. But still people have very few techniques to and tips to protect their skin from bad health and other side effects. Before applying any skin care product you should always detect the kind of your skin. Skin can be normal, dry and oily. Dry and oily skin faces most of the problems. These skin types are very sensitive to extreme exposure. There are many remedies which can help maintain such skin types. Aloe Vera, green tea, skin care products and many new therapies can help you in dealing with any kind of skin problems.

The tips which can help you in keeping your skin healthy and glowing are as followed:

1. At least 7-8 hours of sound sleep: A sound sleep of 7-8 hours is essentially important for your skin. A body repairs and heals the damaged parts of our body including skin. A body without enough sleep cannot work properly. Thus hindering the entire days work.

2. Healthy food: The foods you eat directly affect your skin. A healthy, nutritious food can improve your skin health. Nutritious food provides all the required nutrients. Junk and oily food damages the skin and pimples and scars are it side effects.

3. Limited intake of caffeine: Caffeine is unhealthy for the skin if consumed in higher amount. So it is always advised to reduce the intake of caffeine.

4. Suns cream: The harmful rays from the sun can cause sun burns and tanning. It is always advised to put suns cream on your body before getting out of your home. Suns cream helps you in fighting of the free radicals and harmful affects of UV rays.

5. Sunglasses: Sunglasses always protects large part of your face from bad effects of sun rays. Its main purpose is to protect eyes from sun rays.

6. Night skin care: Before going to bed always try to clean your face and put some scrub or pack. It helps in removing the dead cells and allowing the skin to breathe properly.

7. Smoking is injurious: Smoking is very injurious for health. It can also prove disastrous for your skin as well. It leaves patches on your skin, darkens lips.

8. Skin care products: Use those products which suit your skin type. Never use any product which can affect your skin. It is advised to first identify your skin type.

9. Anti-wrinkle: If your skin has wrinkles than use anti wrinkle creams. These can work wonders for your skin.

Healthy Food for a Healthy Skin

Healthy food can really help you in keeping your skin healthy and glowing.

1. Foods with omega3 fatty acid can prove very helpful for maintaining healthy for skin.

2. Beta carotene and vitamin A containing food.

3. Food which contains zinc are also healthy for skin.

4. Fresh vegetables and fresh fruits.

5. Tomatoes.

6. Lots of water.

Protection From the Sun

Ageing can be prevented to about 80% if a high SPF based sun scream is used. It protects you from the harmful glare of the sun. Ultra violet rays create the free radicals which causes all the problems in a human body. It can even trigger cancer. The process of ageing is controlled by 2 ways. One is that it is being regulated by genes (5%) and the second is that 15% is regulated if you are taking care of yourself.

Very few people have very nice, smooth and glowing skin. People in their 30 have not very nice skin. But the ones who have a very nice and beautiful skin are because all through their lives they have made an effort in keeping it beautiful naturally.

They stated that they tried to avoid the sun rays as much possible. Used suns cream, lotions and maintained a healthy diet. By the time a person reaches its 30+ the collagen in their body starts diminishing 1% pr year. But if you have a sun damaged skin it decreases to 2% per annum. The best ways to revert this process of sun burns is to start applying chemical peels or photo facials. These therapies decrease the process of ageing.

Anti-Aging

Quit smoking as soon as possible. Try and relax your face every time you feel stress. Use sun scream wear a hat whenever you are out in sun.
