3. It is advised to have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince but dinner like a beggar. This is the routine one should follow. Before sleeping it is advised to eat minimum food or walk after you have your dinner. This helps you in burning the fat.

4. The best way to burn more fat is to start exercising. Physical activities help you burn more calories than any other thing. If you need to lose some serious kilos from your body then you have to follow this tip. It is inevitable for you and everyone.

5. Green tea is also a good option. It is a healthy drink. It serves its function in the best way as compared to any thing else. But before starting with green tea one should consult with doctor. It does not have any serious disadvantages but in case you are suffering from allergies it can worse your case.
