Extremely busy daily routine is to practice exercise regularly. Most of them who do not practice exercise regularly become victims of disorders like obesity and other cardiac related disorders. This article presents you some simple suggestions on how to include exercise as a part of your busy schedule.
• To practice the exercises, you do not have to go to the gym. You can practice them right at your house. Make an oath to practice the workout at least for ten minutes early in the morning when you get up.
• In the initial days, you can practice simple exercises like cycling and walking. Walking is a perfect cardio exercise and is considered as a whole body workout. It helps to burn calories and thus maintains appropriate body weight.
• Cultivate the habit of walking if the place you have to go is not more than a distance of one kilometer. Even at the office, try to park your car at the rare end of the parking lot and walk all the way.
• Prefer to take steps rather than using the escalator.
• Whenever you get a break, try to utilize it for your exercises rather than chatting. You can just walk in your office campus.
• To relieve muscle tension, keep stretching in between at the office.
• Try to do the household work on your own. Such as mowing the lawn, dusting the house and other works.
• Play outdoor games with kids. This will not only keep you fit but also serves as a chance to know your children further more.
• If you are not interested to practice exercises on your own, take the help of family members.
• Cultivate the habit of maintaining a note of the exercises practiced and the duration of practice. This helps to keep you punctual in practicing exercises. If you have not made an entry in your diary for a very long time, you might feel humiliated, and again start doing your workouts.
• Make a good use of weekend or vacation time. If you are planning for a family vacation, visit a place that is not only filled with entertainment but also serves as means for your workout practice. Trekking is the best fun-filled vacation activity that helps you to remain fit.
• Make it a rule to practice the exercises regularly, but never over do your body when the work pressure is too high. Take it slowly.
Apart from practicing exercises, it is essential to maintain good eating habits. It is recommended to consume fresh fruits and vegetables like carrots and broccoli as snacks rather those cheese filled burgers. It is possible that people with eating disorders overeat when the work pressure is too high. In such cases, try to gain control over stress by practicing simple yoga exercises by taking deep breaths. Remember that regular practice of exercise early in the morning will not only keep you fit physically, but also improves your mental abilities and hence, work output.
