Induction of sudden growth by hormonal injections will hinder later growth, while non-judicious use of amino acids results in serious effects like depression, hair loss, weight gain and high blood pressure.

Before you start to practice exercises that help you grow taller, it is essential to strengthen your entire body, especially abdominal muscles and back. Simple yoga postures like sukahasana, dog and cat postures, and chin-up and down postures help to increase height.

To avoid this, it is necessary to consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables that are good sources of vitamins and minerals.
