Olive Garden Salad Dressing Recipe

If you are looking for different olive garden salad recipes, then here are some that you can try for your salads. These are easy to make dressings and blend well with any salad, and can also increase the taste of your salad.

Recipe 1: Ingredients:

White vinegar: ½ cup

Water: 1/3 cup

Vegetable oil: 1/3 cup

Corn syrup: ¼ cup

Romano cheese (grated): 2½ tbsp

Dry pectin: 2 tbsp

Beaten egg: 2 tbsp

Salt: 1¼ tsp

Lemon juice: 1 tsp

Minced parsley: ½ tsp

Minced garlic: ½ tsp

Dried oregano: one pinch

Red pepper flakes: 1 pinch

Preparation:

To make this salad dressing, mix all the ingredients one by one in a bowl and blend them well using a blender. Maintain the speed slow in the beginning and increase it later to make a smooth mix. Refrigerate the dressing and use it whenever you want. The dressing remains fresh for a few days.

Recipe 2: Ingredients:

Dijon mustard: 1 tsp

Lemon juice of a ½ large lemon

Garlic: minced (optional)

Kosher salt: a dash

Pepper: a dash

EVOO: 2 tbsp

Preparation:

To make this dressing recipe, mix the lemon juice, Dijon mustard and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well to make an even paste. Crush the garlic well so that you don’t bite into it and mix it with the lemon juice. Add the EVOO gradually and beat properly so that all the ingredients get mixed well. You can use it to serve immediately or can also store it in the refrigerator for almost a week and use it when you serve salad.

Recipe 3: Ingredients:

Cracked black pepper: 1½ teaspoons

Lemon pepper: ¼ teaspoon

Celery salt: ¼ teaspoon

Salt: 1/8 teaspoon

Hot pepper sauce: ¼ teaspoon

Worcestershire sauce: ¼ teaspoon

Cayenne pepper: ¼ teaspoon

Garlic powder: ¼ teaspoon

Onion powder: ¼ teaspoon

Red wine vinegar: 1/8 cup

Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1½ teaspoons

Sour cream: ¼ cup

Mayonnaise: 1½ cups

Diced green olives: 2 tablespoons

Grated Parmesan cheese: 6 tablespoons

Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoons

Buttermilk: 2 tablespoons

Preparation:

With the help of a food processor, mix all the seasonings and add the lemon juice and vinegar to make a smooth blend. Add the mayonnaise and the sour cream to the mixture and mix well. Add the cheese and the olives and mix, slowly add the buttermilk and keep stirring so that it mixes well. Your salad dressing is ready; you can preserve it or serve it immediately with the salad of your choice.
