Walnuts: 1 cup

Apple (cut into small pieces): 1 medium
You can also add orange (optional)
Preparation:
To make this cranberry jello salad, first prepare the jello according to the instructions that are mentioned on the pack. Cut the walnuts in the food processor and keep them aside. Now, put the cranberries in the food processor and chop them. Make sure that you chop them one cup at a time, and once it is done, remove it aside. Hot water: 2½ cups

In a saucepan put the water, and on medium flame melt the sugar and the jello in it. Remove the pan from the flame after the ingredients have melted and add the fruit mix to this hot jello mixture. Strawberry jello: 1 (3 oz.) pkg.
Jellied cranberry sauce: 1 (16 oz.) can
Apples, (unpeeled cut into pieces): 2
Mandarin oranges: 1 (11 oz.) can
Walnuts, chopped: ½ cup
Preparation:
For making this cranberry jello salad, take the jello first and dissolve it in boiling water. Make the cranberry sauce smooth with a fork so that there are no lumps. Add this cranberry sauce to the jello mix and blend them to make a smooth paste. Pour it in a bowl and refrigerate to jell. After the jello is ready you can cut the apples and drain the oranges. Add the nuts and fruits to the jello and chill until you are ready to serve the dish.
