It could be confusing and overwhelming when you do not know how to figure out if you are really pregnant or not. Most of the females are unaware of the pregnancy symptoms and signs that confirm the starting of a fascinating experience. I have included all the common symptoms as well as the less common ones for you to read and get guidance from. But do not forget to visit a doctor for the purpose. That is the only possible sure way by which you can get to know about your pregnancy.

The most common and fundamental sign of pregnancy is a missing menstrual phase. Although it is not that much of a constructive signal but still proved to be the best one among all. Fatigue, tiredness or sleepiness can be a possible indicator to the pregnancy. If you are not used to of taking afternoon naps and find yourself in need of getting them frequently, you could be pregnant.

Breast changes are an essential symptom of a possible pregnancy. These are probably the earliest pregnancy symptoms you would confront. These changes include fullness, tenderness and sensitivity of the thoracic cavity leading to breast enlargement and firmness. Many females could suffer from nausea or vomiting during early pregnancy periods. Morning sickness is usually a general regard of such pregnancy symptoms. However, it can be different for different females. For some women, morning sickness can start right after they miss their periods but for others, this might not be the same scenario.

As you are entering in the early pregnancy stages, your blood volume increases along with the change in the kidney size. It could lead to the urgency of frequent urination that is a helpful and common pregnancy symptom. Some women might observe some changes in the abdomen making it fuller, achy and bloated. Some might complain about having a constipation or diarrhea in the starting of the pregnancy.

There is a sudden change in mood with irritable effects. This is due to the hormonal imbalances that are taking place in the body. You can get responsive to certain smells, odors and flavors as well if you are pregnant. Vaginal secretion and bleeding disorders are also common pregnancy symptoms. For some women headaches are the common factor to evolve while they are pregnant while for some this might not be the case.
