Long Hours of Sitting: If your work demands you to sit for long hours, then it is recommended to do stretching exercises in the middle to avoid backache. At least try to walk by taking a break once in an hour.
Rigid Body: Sometimes, it is possible that you develop backache just with simple bending to tie your shoe lace. Backache in this case is due to having a rigid body.
