Guinea pigs are very sociable animals. They play with their owners most of the time, they are as cuddly as dogs and cats. You need to select the proper name for your guinea pig; this will help you strengthen your bond with each other. Naming them is one of the most fun parts of having them. Giving your pet a name will make your relationship more distinct and bonded.
Guinea pigs make a wonderful pet for children of all ages. They are not violent, odorless and are very friendly; they have the good qualities suitable for youthful hands. 3. Famous pig names – you can try out the traditional pig names since you have a guinea pig at hand. You can use porky, petunia, babe, piggy, wiggly and others. Your kids will surely love the thought of giving their pet a name which they have learned in school.
4. Historical names can also be fascinating. If you have a pair of guinea pigs, you can use Romeo and Juliet, Bonnie and Clyde, Mickey and Minnie, Porky and Petunia, Adam and Eve. You can ask for your children’s ideas if they want to contribute.
5. Famous pet names – famous names for cats, dogs and other pet names will do. Guinea pigs have something similar with cats. If you want you can also use cat names such as snowball, belle, miss piggy, kitty, precious, Tricia, Persia and others. Using other names such as cartoon names, food, music sports and others will do.
