During the ancient times, a person tends to find ways on how to improve their skin. Different techniques and procedures have been developed in order to maintain beautiful skin. Skin care products in the past are commonly taken from natural plants and animal sources but nowadays, most of them are manufactured synthetically. Most skin care manufacturers consider the cost, demand and production volume requirement as the cause of changing this kind of natural habit to synthetic one.

Most of this chemical formulation is highly toxic and not suitable for human consumption. To be able to come up with products that are safe for humans, they carefully produced formulation that’s low in chemical content which the human body can tolerate in a certain amount. Advertising campaign of skin care manufacturers affects the kind of choice of consumers. They are often swept away by beautiful commercials that feature gorgeous women. Not knowing that these products are very harmful and can cause big problem if used in a long period of time.

It is true that formulations have been scrutinized by skin care manufacturers and standard of safety has been met by government regulatory authorities. It is still a fact that using it for the longest time will make your body absorb its content. The numbers of consumers who are giving a second thought before going into synthetic products are increasing, as a result of this many herb skin care products are now out in the market.
