Effective Ways to Cure Bleeding Hemorrhoids
By Jonathan Pitts | Hemorrhoids | Unrated

Bleeding hemorrhoids are harmful to the person who is suffering from them and should be treated immediately. After all, who would not want to treat a bleeding sore or wound. However, there are some things that you need to keep in mind before you start treating hemorrhoids. First, you should ascertain whether the bleeding is indeed because of the hemorrhoids. There is a simple way in which you can tell the difference between a bleeding hemorrhoid and other kinds of bleeding. If the blood that is oozing out is a bright red color, you can be pretty much sure that it is because of the bleeding hemorrhoids. In case it is of a much darker color, the condition is serious and you need to consult a doctor as soon as possible.

There are many over the counter medications that help to stop bleeding hemorrhoids. These are available in the form of pads and creams. The creams help you to control the vitamin K that is often the cause when it is deficient in the body. A vitamin K deficiency can lead to serious bleeding, and hence you should increase the intake of this vitamin into your body. By applying these creams, it is easy to stop the hemorrhoids from bleeding. Further, there are pads that you can put over the wound or sore that is bleeding. Though the relief from this is temporary, nonetheless it is better than letting the wound fester. The point that is being made here is that these solutions are transient and it is better to cure the cause that is making the hemorrhoids bleed.

Often, bleeding hemorrhoids are because of poor diet and less nutrients going into the body. This is the major reason why this condition manifests in people, and hence changes to diet can greatly reduce the chances of your hemorrhoids from bleeding. The diet that we take causes more damage to our bodies than we think, and we should try and address this issue before going in for medications or expert medical attention. However, it is not to say that one does not need to seek medical help. Just that it is better to start the cure from the home itself and let the diet be managed to prevent the bleeding.

It is better to eat food rich in fiber as this is a good antidote to the bleeding hemorrhoids condition. In fact, even if we were to double the intake of fibrous food, we would still fall short of the required intake that would guarantee good health for us. Further, it is better to eat fresh vegetables and fruit in such a way that the intake of these substances is increased to a point where your body starts showing some signs of improvement. Once you have taken care of the diet, the condition of bleeding hemorrhoids would also subside with time. However, if the condition persists, seek medical advice on how to treat the condition.
