3. Dairy products – it has been recorded that countries with highest consumption of animal based products will more likely to have different kinds of diseases and inflammatory problems other than those countries who don’t consume much.
4. Gluten – there are some people who are allergic to gluten which is a component of wheat, oats and rye.
5. Corn, corn oil and syrup – corn can increase lactic in the blood which is not bad for diabetics.
6. Sugar – in any kind of ailment and abnormality in the body, sugar should be the number one factor that should be eliminated. It makes it difficult for the body to absorb certain types of vitamins and minerals which your body needs. Although honey and other types of sugar are said to be good replacement. They are still sugar which you need to eliminate from your diet.
7. Processed foods – they are considered as the tastiest foods available in the market today. These foods are considered empty calories or junk. They are delicious but they don’t contribute anything at all.
8. Alcohol – any type of alcoholic drink is harmful for the body. You need to eliminate them from your diet so you will be able to live longer.
