Heartburn is a painful burning sensation in the esophagus; it is usually because of gastric acid. It affects the chest, neck and throat since the acid flows back from the stomach. 6. Aloe Vera juice soothes the uneasy feeling you are suffering in the esophagus.
7. Slippery elm it helps relieves sore throat and unwanted acid feeling inside the mouth.

Although antacids may help you be relieved from pain, there are lots of home remedies that can help you. By avoiding eating big meals through the day, you will also find relief. You should eat small meals instead of big ones. They can provide you with adequate time to digest the foods easily. You should also avoid tight clothes as they can contribute to heartburn.
