There are things that can really boost up your metabolism and the thyroid gland. You may be thinking what the relation of thyroids to your metabolism is; thyroids secrete hormones that regulate the body’s energy, metabolism and growth. It plays an important role in the lives of each people. There are some important things that can boost your metabolism, they are the following:

1. Coconut oil – it’s rich in fatty acids that regulate the metabolism of the body. This type of fatty acid is directly used by the liver and not stored in other parts of the body.

2. Green tea – it increases the amount of energy used by the body for up to 40%.

3. Kelp – it has a metabolic precursor that is essential for the body’s needs. It has been proven that those who take kelp lose fat twice as much as those who don’t.

4. 5-6 small meals per day instead of 3 big meals will also be helpful in boosting up the metabolism. It has been proven by science for so many years now and still promoting it until now for those who wants to lose weight fast.

5. Exercise – through the years, exercise has been providing lots of help in any kind of diseases. No matter what your health conditions in life. It is essential to have the right amount of exercise to keep you fit and healthy.
