Astaxanthin is one of the most important pigments found in aquatic animals. The orange pigment is closely related to famous carotenoid such as beta-carotene and lutein. Did you know that Astaxanthin is 10 times stronger than carotene? A recent study shows that it is also powerful than vitamin E. It’s like taking a 1000 dose of vitamin E each day. It has been said that it has fatty acids which will protect you from ultra violet rays.
