Eating a large meal is not good for individuals who are suffering from frequent heartburn attack. When you eat, that’s the crucial time for the digestive tract; this is the time where they need to go back to work by digesting the foods that has been eaten. Sitting in position that lounges your body is not very helpful in the digestion process. It is much better to take a quick walk if you want to quickly metabolize the big bunch of meals you’ve eaten.
