One of the most common skin problems is acne. Teenagers usually deal with this skin problem but adults are confronted with the same problem as well. It is always recommended to have a good balanced diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables to keep skin healthy. Do exercise to keep body healthy. Foods that are generally helpful in clearing out acne are foods that are rich in fiber, antioxidants, nutrients and vitamin A.
Eat foods rich in anti-oxidants such as blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, beans and pecans. Remember to avoid vegetable oil as much as possible. This is usually found in junk foods, cooking oil and in some sauces. This is a kind of oil that can make your acne become worse.
Also remember to consume dairy products moderately such as cream, yogurt, milk and cheese. They contain fats that may affect acne. Avoid eating too many oily and greasy foods, refined and cooked carbohydrates like chips, bread and sugar. Avoid too much cooked fats like fried foods, roasted nuts and meat.

Use lemon; slice in half and gently massage all over the face. This helps smoothen skin and lessen acne marks.
Use some tomato juice to apply on your acne to lessen blemishes on skin.
Make a facial pack using tomato juice. Just cover your eyes, lie down and have the tomato facial pack dry on your face. Then cleanse face with water and pat dry.
Use some skimmed milk and a drop of lime and apply on your face. Then, do a 5 minute facial steaming.
Make a facial pack using egg white and leave on face for about five minutes. This keeps skin soft, clear and clean.
You can also use honey as a facial pack, leave on face for about 5 minutes then rinse with water to clean face.
If you still dont know, nothing is more natural than drinking water. This is an effective way to flush out toxins and keep your body well-hydrated. The combination of a well-balanced diet, exercise and practice of good personal hygiene is always the best way to help clear the acne and face blemishes.
