Make Your Hair Grow Faster and Longer

Every individuals especially girls love growing their hair long. Some people might have a hard time on growing their hair because of some problems. There are things that you can do to solve this problem and to achieve a longer and healthy hair. Some chemicals are available in the market that promises to make your hair grow faster but none of them have successful result. Aside from the chemicals, nature can help you solve your problem without creating any harm on your scalp.

• Maintaining a healthy diet is the best way to make your hair grow faster and longer. Healthy diet may serve as the main foundation of your hair. You can prevent hair fall by eating the right kind of foods that can give nutrients on your hair. Eating a balanced meal with the right amount of protein and iron can make your hair grow more than the usual. These two important components are the building blocks of your hair. Exercise may increase blood flow and in return will increase your chances of having long healthy hair.

• Taking daily those of vitamins can help in aiding the deficiency of some important vitamins that lacks on your diet. One of the most important parts of the body, which is first to suffer when you have poor intake of vitamins is your hair. Individuals with eating disorder such as bulimia and anorexia nervosa usually have thin hair. Limited supply of nutrients is reaching your hair because the body is saving nutrients for other important body function.

• Washing your hair everyday is not very advisable. For some reason, people are being fooled about believing that you should wash your hair every day. Natural oil from the hair itself is wash away by harsh shampoo. This natural oil tends to protect your hair from damage and can keep your hair healthy and strong.

• Always treat your hair as your best friend. One of the biggest mistakes that individuals do to their hair is treating them as if they are invincible. Avoid using too much heat on your hair. Excessive blow drying and straitening can have adverse effect on your hair. If you cannot avoid ironing your hair better invest in high quality flat iron rather than cheap ones. High quality flat irons are less damaging on your hair. You may also avoid tying your hair too tight. Tying your hair tightly can stress your hair, produce split ends and breakage.

• Make sure that your hairs root is healthy. You cannot achieve a healthy hair if the roots are unhealthy. Avoid hair styles that require pulling your hair at the roots. Always make sure that your scalp is clean and moisturize.

• Reduce the occurrence of breakage. Often times, you can observe that your hair is growing quickly but you are not aware of breakage. If your hair has split ends you can trim your hair once a week. Detangle your hair starting from the end to the top of your hair to prevent more breakage.
