    Way to give common advice. Not informative at all, telling a sweater to stop sweating is like telling a compulsive eater to stop eating; it won't happen and if it does you might be dead.

    These tips are not at all useful. I sweat a lot in the way to work or university or whether I'm in my own car, bus or taxi or even in short walks and I use deodorants, underwears that are not tight etc, I sweat nevertheless and it's very annoying.

    For my daughter who is 12 tends to sweat every single day especially on her back and she barely runs around. She's always in the cool air and wears loose clothes most of the time. Even when she poured freezing cold water on her face and when she takes the access off she seems to sweat more.

    Well, that's not going to help at all! How exactly will any of that information help me with the excessive back sweat I develop at Jujutsu class. I can't stop every couple of minutes to have a shower.
