Biotin and Hair Loss

    Your information on biotin is very helpful. But I wish you had included the amounts of particular foods rich in biotin so visitors to your site can plan menus. How much biotin is in, say, a half cup of green peas? How much in 20 almonds?

    This article is so poorly written, I don't know if I can trust the information in it. I couldn't get over how many grammatical errors there are. Also, the author says that biotin is essential for hair growth, but never indicates how much would be needed. She did however, indicate the amount you would need to consume if you were breastfeeding.

    Please make sure, that whoever wrote this article have some one do a grammar check. Because an english professor would flunk this person. It is hard to focus on the information without wandering if a 11 year old child wrote it. VERY, VERY, VERY Poorly written!
