A large population of us does it for social reasons, or due to families. For many of us its time to kick the habit.

Smoking contributes to a whopping fifty diseases in the human body, and twenty of these are in fact fatal. Continuous smokers have a one in two chance of dying from it.
Any form of smoking causes all of the above, regardless of pipe smoking, roll ups or any other form. Smoking causes wrinkles, and your skin looks tired and ages fast. All children are at risk living with a smoker and any illnesses through childhood are caused by parents smoking. Passive smoking is also a killer, and if you do not smoke but are exposed to it daily, you may as well be smoking.
There are numerous poisonous gases used to make a cigarette, other bad effecting chemicals that are used in batteries, fuel, paint stripper, cleaning products and anti-freeze. With all the warning and the amount of bad substances in cigarettes, it is certainly the right choice and move deciding to quit smoking once and for all.
