There's nothing worse than thinking somebody likes you when they don't... And then you make a fool out of yourself! And if somebody likes you and you don't know it... that could cause you to miss out on something incredibly great and romantic.
So obviously, being able to tell whether someone likes you or not is one of the most important things in the world. It can affect your entire life. Here's how you can find out if someone likes you without potentially making a fool of yourself. :-)
1) Don't watch him, watch his friends. If a guy likes you, his friends know it, trust me. So even if he's playing it cool or is hard to read, his may be exchanging "knowing glances", possibly teasing him, smiling at each other, even nudging him. Watch is friends!
2) Watch what he does - Is he staring at you? Do his eyes linger? Does he try to smile? Does he try to start conversations? Those are all indications that he likes you. Stepping in and standing close is a good tell-tale sign, because he's entering "personal space" or allowing you into his personal space.
3) Any touching - Even touching that you wouldn't think seem like an advance is a good sign. Patting you on the shoulder, rubbing your arm a little... anything where he finds an excuse to touch you may mean he likes you. Just like with little boys who used to hit and harass girls, they like, his physical affection may come out weird at first.
4) Does he seem nervous around you? Does he show off (even in inappropriate ways) or brag, talk about himself to you, seem uptight? Because if he likes you and he's not sure if you like him, he IS nervous!
