Most of the people think that they can lose weight by following a strict diet. It’s true but you must know what are the proper food combination are. Many time people make mistake of pairing the wrong kinds of foods that do nothing to promote weight loss. You need to know about the proper pairing of the foods. This will help your body to burn calories at maximum speed. According to me there are 3 combinations of foods which are very much effective.

1. Protein

Protein is an important tool for burning abdominal fat. Chicken, turkey, tuna and cottage cheese are from this group. It’s necessary for you take required amount of protein throughout the day in your meal. You must take approx 40% of protein in your total meals for the day.

2. Complex Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates help your metabolism to work overtime. Wheat bread, brown rice, green vegetables and oatmeal belongs to this group. You must add some of these products in your daily meal for taking the required amount of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates must not exceed 30% of your daily meal.

3. Healthy Fats

Cook your vegetables in sesame or canola oil. Eat peanuts and almonds as they have fat burning properties.

Apart from these food combinations you must know that it’s not the only thing you need to know for burning your fat. You must follow a proper diet plan and doing some exercises. As diet and exercise are two major tools that helps you in burning your excessive body fat.
