This is correct that your positive thinking will not make you fit. To lose weight you must consider things like your diet, exercise and sleep. While just having a positive frame in mind for losing weight and doing nothing for it will not make you slim. You must do something out of ordinary to lose weight.
However, without having a positive thinking you will never shed a pound from your body. Before beginning any diet plan or any weight loss program you bust have a positive thinking. That positive thinking can come in the form of you believing that you cannot move ahead with a fat belly and you are very serious about your weight.
It may mean that you really want to look after yourself big time and looking after yourself means that you have started loving yourself and your only body that you have.
Getting to your ideal weight means more than just losing your weight. Your being overweight is only a symptom of the real problem.
As now you have decided that you want to lose your weight, the first action that you will take will be taken in your head. You will set a goal in your mind that you have to lose 10, 20 or 30 pounds in any circumstances. This action will provide you a platform to move further and will help you in achieving in your goal.
It is quite clear that a simple decision can change your whole look. If you want to lose your weight then take a decision to get yourself fit.
