We recently got word from one of our readers who encountered success in her weight-loss plan. Debbie (name has been changed to protect anonymity) was looking to lose 80 pounds in eight months. Once she dedicated herself to a new way of eating, as well as an exercise schedule, she naturally made a slew of lifestyle changes in her day-to-day life.
For example, that she never woke up in the morning to eat breakfast. Once she learned that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and integral to weight-loss success, her entire morning ritual adjusted. Debbie was never the type to make her bed in the morning. However part of her implementation of the new diet and fitness changes in her life led to new habits in other areas of my life.
Naturally she evaluated the way that she eats her food. Previously whenever she ate, she would plot down on the couch in front of the television and eat, or in the comfort of her room while in bed with her breakfast tray, or in the family room while in the company of friends and family.
Debbie decided that in the eight months of her diet, she would eat formally. She prepared a plate and a glass of water that was carefully arranged on her kitchen table with a placemat and a napkin where she sat consumer food. Even if she was eating a small snack consisting of maybe a small bowl of grapes. She would still prepare the space that she was going to eat and the same. There's some resulted in an exercise of control over her urges to eat at inappropriate times. As a result, she is on track to achieving your goal of losing 80 pounds in eight months. After nearly 5 months into her diet, she has lost 48 pounds.
