1. Fenugreek – It’s properties mimic the effect of estrogen in the female body. This herb provides a mastogenic effect resulting in the swelling and growth of healthy breast tissue.

2. Pueraria – A root that is grows in Thailand. This is usually used in enlargement creams. This root itself is said to be able to help the milk ducts stretch and branch. It is also said to stimulate breast tissues, making them grow and even generate new tissue.

3. Damiana – Treats hormonal imbalances. By getting your hormones back in balance, your breasts will increase in size.

4. Dong Quai – For hormonal imbalance and estrogen production.
