  2. I have taken blueberries to alleviate my eczema. I was suffering badly due to household detergents and there was no way I can avoid that. But after using blueberries constantly everyday a small cup keeps the itch and bumps to nothing and there is only a slight dry flakiness which is completely manageable compared to the hellfire of itch before. Kindly consider changing and researching. Blueberries are a lifesaver and this is my personal testimony and I have told others who have tried it positively.
