Hangover is most common in alcoholics who drink excess without paying attention to what their body is saying. When the body says it is enough, you should stop.     It is a shame that the author seems to imply that only alcoholics get hangovers. As anyone who drinks too much can get a hangover it make the article seem overly judgmental and leads one to doubt the information contained within.
