  1. I love mollases it has cured my heavy periods and fibroids I have so much energy, I will take this for life, it's amazing. You have to try…

  2. I started taking molasses, one tbsp everyday due to iron deficiency, next month my period was earlier than usual and I had some discomfort. But the next month all my cramps were gone. I will take it as long as my stomach tolerates it.

  3. I was looking for a remedy for sleep and I wanted something natural. I remember my great grandmother and my mother giving this to me as a teenager for iron and it would put me to bed but I hated the taste and everything about it. I decided to try it again for my insomnia. I knew I also needed iron because I haven’t taken iron supplement in years. I took one tablespoon every night and my first period after that was painless it was like magic, I could sleep and I had no cramps. I even slept with a hot water bag to make sure I wouldn’t have a rude awakening in the middle of the night and nothing happened. Second cycle… same thing… third cycle which started today… totally pain free. I made some life style changes as well so all that could have contributed, but this works like a charm. I’ll continue using it.
