How to Remove Tonsil Stones and Bad Breath

Are you tired dealing with your bad breath? If you have tried everything in the books without much success, then you must be terribly pissed off with the unpleasant odor. Some individuals have to live with this state of health, even after eliminating all the dental reasons for bad breath. This is primarily because they fail to figure the underlying cause of bad breath. The most likely reason for bad breath over here is tonsil stones.

Have you never heard of it before?

Tonsil stone is officially known as tonsilloliths. It’s a formation of debris that is trapped inside our mouth. Basically, they are food and other calcium deposit that gets collected in the tiny crevices. If these food deposits and other matters stay there for long, they get deep-rooted resulting into soft tissues. While they do not pose any serious health risk, they give away a pungent odor, which we often refer as “bad breath”.

Can it affect my life?

Bad breath can be a nuisance. It won’t be an understatement to claim that embarrassment is a part and parcel of a person’s life, if he/she has bad breath. We all know that it’s a terrible experience to stay in close proximity of friends who have bad breath. Even your “true friends” will find reasons to skip meetings with you. While they may not really be upfront or vocal with their views, in order to retain your friendship, they might indulge in gossips behind your back. That’s where the importance of tonsil stones eradication comes into picture, despite the fact that it does carry serious health issues.

Can I treat tonsil stones naturally?

The good news is that tonsil stones can be treated naturally, without inviting nasty side effects. Alkalol is one of the mouthwash solutions that can offer you relief from this condition. Alkalol contains a mixture of menthol, thymol and camphor combined with certain natural oils.

Can water be of any help?

Supplying your body with plenty of water is one of the simplest and effective means to eradicate tonsil stones, in order to banish your bad breath. Water reduces the formation of bacteria that can cause this condition. Consider brushing your teeth after each and every meal. Be gentle with this approach and remove it with great care.

Coughing and sneezing your throat is also one of practiced methods for tonsil stones removal. While sneezing or flexing the throat, applying little pressure may compel the stone to come out.

Apart from these measures, have a check on your diet. If you keep dairy products at bay, you will be able to eradicate this condition to a great extent. Caffeine and alcohol consumption can also result into tonsil stones.

These natural means will help you get rid of tonsil stones once and for all. You will no longer have to skip meetings with your friends nor feel embarrassed on an open podium. Also, nobody will gossip about your bad breath.

The writer did not make it clear what tonsilloliths actually are and where they are located, and that they can be removed physically. Is he suggesting they be 'rinsed' away? The last 4 paragraphs are particularly confusing. Maybe this should have been proofread by someone other than the writer.
