Falling sick occasionally is an accepted fact. However, how does one regain control over their life, if one falls sick every month?

You shouldn’t be surprised to learn that there are truckloads of individuals out there who fall sick every month. There can be several underlying factors responsible for their sickness. As such, you shouldn’t be surprised to learn that there are several factors within your home environment itself, which contributes to your ailments. Let’s have a look at these factors.

Your food plays a great role over here. Junk and oily foods can invite hosts of ailments in your life. After all, at the end of the day, we are what we eat. Besides this, make sure to check the expiry date of the foods before consuming them. Food poisoning is on the rise these days, and can be a frequent occurrence in your life, especially if you don’t have a check on your diet.

Clean Surrounding

Your surrounding also plays a major role in determining your overall wellness. Being exposed to dirt and other debris will naturally weaken your immune system over a period of time, and you will see yourself on the bed almost every month. That being said, you don’t have to spend big bucks to have a clean surrounding. Simply clean your windows, bed sheets, carpets, floor, etc on regular basis. Also, make sure that you don’t leave leftover foods on the dishes for too long. Wash them as soon as you finish eating them to prevent the invasion of bacteria.

Your pets can also be a reason for your frequent illness. Remember, most pets venture outdoors for at least a couple of hours on daily basis. They bring dust and other waste materials along with them inside the house. Also, some individuals are allergic to pet hairs. Give your pet a clean bath on daily basis, and stop hugging and kissing them, if you are allergic towards pet.

Piling Dirty Clothes

Allowing dirty clothes to stick around your house will not result into bad smell, but also lead to the arrival of unwanted bacteria in the air. Common cold is cited as a common reaction to such a situation. You will be fine as long as you don’t allow dirty clothes to pile up in your house.
